76 Southbank is an all-electric building targeting a 5* NABERS rating, powered from air-source heat pumps and a biosolar rooftop. It is also an impressively low upfront carbon project, with 80% of the existing structure retained, resulting in Net Carbon Zero in construction and operation.

It boasts a 200%+ biodiversity net gain through landscaped terraces and new tree planting.
